Over the years, Chester has built a very sizeable and loyal client base in the home user sector, and in 2008 he decided to ask Mark Smith to join him to move into the business sector. Genesis Computing was the result, being formed in 2009 and now boasts a client portfolio of almost 70 Channel-Island wide businesses ranging from building contractors to lawyers to dental practices to internet retailers. Since 2008, the company has grown by over 300% and continues to grow weekly. With 19 years industry experience, Mark brings a huge breadth of knowledge to the company.

Chester founded Computer Geek and focussed all his efforts on providing first class service to home users. He very quickly established himself a very loyal customer base and Computer Geek quickly became the destination for in-the-know users wanting IT support. Forever the entrepreneur, Chester has a number of other local companies within the tourist industry, primarily absolutejersey.co.uk a watersports and adventure sports company operating out of St Brelade's Bay.

Ben Renouf BA Hons - Web Developer & Technician

Ben recently joined Genesis Computing to augment the existing skills within the company and to increase his own knowledge and experience in the IT industry. Having graduated from Bournemouth University in 2009 with a BA Hons Degree in Interactive Media Production, Ben brings a wealth of Media and Web skills to the company.
